With the start of 2013 came the start of a new hobby: Photography. A Photojournalism course at Howard University taught me how to supplement my artistic pen with an artistic eye as I learned not just the basics of how to use a camera but also how to make a picture tell the cliched thousand words. Even with my development, I still prefer candid shots with little to no posing or Photoshop.
